A native of Oskaloosa, a small county seat in southeastern Iowa, I earned my Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Iowa and completed residency training in family medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin-Waukesha. For the last two-plus decades, I have been an attending physician at the Ascension-Columbia St. Mary’s Clinic in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. I enjoy the complexity and variety of primary care medicine, but most importantly, the joyful opportunity to enter into deeply personal therapeutic relationships with individuals from all walks of life. I live in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin with my wife Laura, three daughters and a playful cockapoo named Sasha.
